Built to Last is a podcast developed by American Express to hilight Black Small Business Owners. I was tasked with taking the static Identity and making it come to life for the intro transition. They client also had an expansive social strategy that went across all social platforms that could accommodate the carousel format.

Tungsten

Role: Character Design & Animation
The Growth Hack internal tech conference at American Express needed a way to get the word out through internal slack channels, emails and posters. The creative brief called for designing a mascot for the conference and internal communications. After the design was selected I produced and animated Tungsten for various print and digital mediums.

NBA Triple Double social animation

Role: Art Direction/Design & Animation

For the 2018-2019 season Amex customers could receive rewards when an NBA player recorded a triple double. This asset for paid Twitter was created to bring attention to the 32% and triple double correlation.

NBA Shaq Triple Double social animation

For the 2018-2019 season Amex customers could receive rewards when an NBA player recorded a triple double. This asset for organic Instagram was created to bring attention to the 32% and triple double correlation. Shaquille O’neal posted on his official Instagram account to maximize reach.

Shop Small, Support Black-Owned Small Business initiative

The American Express Shop Small program was expanded to include an initiative that would focus on Black-Owned small businesses. After design development of the wordmark was approved I was tasked with breaking it out across all digital and print executions.
